The questline centers on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The teaser highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser ends with a striking scene showing a character, probably the prisoner, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
