The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Fighters Party

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master the talented storyteller has kept fans guessing with rich lore, a diverse cast of heroes, and a gripping narrative including divine entities, evil spirits, and malevolent powers expanding in strength within Dol-Makjar.

Heads-up: Key plot points for Episode 3 of this adventure follow below.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

The latest chapter ended with a major cliffhanger and presented the premier party of characters who will separate from the central cast to begin their independent quest, separate from the other two tables.

This warrior group features the determined fighter (played by the voice actor), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the fierce warrior (Whitney Moore), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan (Robbie).

Dividing the Cast

Given 13 cast members, it was clear from the beginning that having everyone at a single group would be impossible.

This explains, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, intertwining the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Warriors, Planners, and Questers.

What Defines the Combat Party

Per the DM, the warrior group is for adventurers who prefer a traditionally charged fight-heavy narrative style where non-violent answers are few and far between.

Upon first impression, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander might seem out of place, but the events of episode 3 show why these specific adventurers are ideally matched for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

To begin with, the party understands precisely where to go next after a violent opening clash with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi Fang—whose demise started the narrative’s action—exploited the foes for his own means, entering the secret base, assaulting the rogue, and stealing all the powerful objects to dispose of.

Casimir then cleared his debts and ran away to a secure base in the northern region, above the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each adventurer has a individual motive to depart the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and closest confidant, seeks retribution.
  • The adventurer has experience in the region and warns that it is a hostile location.
  • The strong character and The healer, having resisted his relatives’ demands to kill Teor and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • Yet, their reputation as key figures in the powerful family could assist the team reach locations they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character pledged a eternal obligation to Wicander for his salvation and will now accompany him everywhere.

Pursued by Authorities

Finally, all of them are wanted by the authorities that rule the city for a variety of reasons, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The strong figure and The cleric defied House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • The target is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This leaves them no alternative but to travel to the remote area in search of the traitor.

Future Episodes

According to the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the combat party won’t be around next week, leaving the remaining eight players to form the Questers and Planners parties.

Viewers can look forward to discovering which players will be where in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
